Intense ruby red color with violet hues, Barolo D.O.C.G. “PerSamuele” is characterized by its aromas with hints of earth products, spices, leather, vanilla, licorice.

An elegant wine on the palate, structured and persistent.

Denomination: Barolo D.O.C.G.
Grade: 14°.
Production area: 350 metres above sea level – Municipality of La Morra.
Cultivation system: Guyot.
Harvest: mid-October.
Type of vinification: traditional slow fermentation.
Aging: 2 years in Tonneau and 1 year in steel tanks.
Maturation: 6 months in bottles lying down.
Color: ruby red.
Aromas: natural, typical of our terroir, of leather, liquorice and cherry.
Taste: very intense and persistent and pleasant to the palate.
Gastronomic pairings: tagliatelle and agnolotti, game and red meats, aged cheeses, typical Piedmontese products.
Serving suggestions: serve at 18°C after uncorking, if possible after about 2 hours and airing in a carafe/decanter and strictly in a crystal goblet.
