Production area: mid-hill, 350 m above sea level, hamlet of Vergne, south-east – south-west exposure.
Soil: Marl-calcareous-clayey typical of the Langa.
Cultivation system: Guyot.
Harvest time: end of September – mid October.
Type of vinification: fermentation of the must only without skins.
Ageing: 4 months in steel barrels.
Maturation: in bottle, can be ready to drink.
Colour: bright rosé with straw-coloured reflections.
Aromas and flavours: mix of fresh and dried fruit.
Food pairings: starters and first courses, fish and desserts or the whole meal.
