The Langhe Albesi, the Villages, the People, the Events
The Langhe albesi, a part of lower Piedmont bordered by the Tanaro river and the rougher hills of the Alta Langa.
The Langhe is the cradle of products of excellence; doc and docg wines, igp hazelnuts, dop cheeses and the unsurpassed white truffle of Alba. The infinite geometry of vineyards covers the soft hillsides overlooked by villages and farmsteads, ideal to discover by Vespa or with one of the many organised e-bike tours. The castles that dominate the hills are signs of a past that still lives on in the souls of the Langhe, people capable of hard work but also of partying for days, capable of civic commitment, champions of hospitality and solidarity.
