Would you like to spend a nice day in the heart of the Langhe, tasting the best typical Piedmontese wines inside an old farmhouse?
Come visit us at our estate, a typical Piedmontese farmhouse surrounded by 23 hectares of land.

made according to an ancient Piedmontese winemaking technique of our family ancestors.

We will start the visit with a short tour inside the estate's vineyards. Here we will show you how we work our vineyards and discover how our wines are made, from the first pruning to the harvest and the processing of the grapes.
The visit will continue inside our production cellar where you will see the barrels in which great wines are made and we will show you the winemaking and bottling process.
Finally we will move inside our recently renovated 18th century tasting room to accommodate all the wine tourists and the curious who come to visit us to taste the authenticity of our wines. Or under our large terrace outside sheltered from the weather or in our panoramic garden area overlooking the vineyards and the nature of our winery. This way we will explain everything to you while tasting our wines accompanied by various chopping boards and snacks (possibility on reservation of products for coeliacs).
Finally, for those who wish, we will be available for the sale of wines in bottles, demijohns and bag-in-boxes, directly at the winery or by courier service.
During the white truffle of Alba season, it is also possible to book, either together with the tasting and visit, or separately, a search for the tuber in the regional truffle reserve.

We organise wine tastings, private and group visits to the winery and estates of Vaira Maurilio Tenuta del Barone (vineyards, truffle reserve and land, farmstead, wine cellar, tasting room and outbuildings) designed according to your individual needs.
