We will start our visit with a small tour of the estate’s estates. Here we will show you how we work our vineyards and you will discover how our wines are made, from the first bud to the harvesting of the grapes. The visit will continue inside our production cellar where you will see the barrels in which the great DOC wines of the Langhe are created and we will show you the process of vinification and bottling. Finally we will move into our tasting room of the ‘700 recently renovated to accommodate all wine tourists and the curious who come to visit us to taste the authenticity of our wines and we will tell you about each wine accompanying the tasting with platters of cold cuts, tome (cheese) and appetizers (possibility by reservation to combine products for celiacs). For those who want, finally, we will be available for sale wines in bottles, demijohns and bag in box to take home a genuine wine directly from the farmhouse or through couriers. During the white truffle of Alba season it is also possible to book, either together with the tasting and visit, or separately, the search for the tuber in the regional reserve of the property.
