Vinification: traditional fermentation
Ageing: 4 months in steel barrels Aging: it can be tasted to be drunk young, good up to 3/4 years
Color: red emerald
Perfume: fruity with hints of cherries and ripe black cherries and berries
Taste: harmonious and soft on the palate Food pairing: appetizers and main dishes of Piedmont tradition.
Service: should be served at 16-18 degrees
