Denomination: Rosé wine “Ansamisa”. Grades: from 12° degrees. Soil: Marl-calcareous-clayey. Cultivation system: Guyot. Harvest time: end of September – mid October. Type of vinification: fermentation of the must only without skins. Ageing: 4 months in steel barrels. Maturation: in bottle, can be ready to drink. Colour: bright rosé with straw-coloured reflections. Aromas and flavours: mix of fresh and dried fruit. Food pairings: starters and first courses, fish and desserts or the whole meal. Service: served chilled, 5-8°C or according to the needs of the palate, if possible, drink it in crystal glasses.
